Rebuilt coaching-visit tracking into a Looker Studio analytics tracker. Visits grew from 556 to 840 in a year, and four other Alabama districts adopted the tracker.
First co-leader of the education track for Birmingham AI, a 501(c)(3) accelerating AI adoption across the city. Led its first two sessions and runs its ticketing and registration.
Regular speaker on AI in K-12 education, data storytelling, and coaching impact measurement, from statewide education-technology conferences to a university keynote.
